At Appliance World Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home equipment; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that installed or modified appliances are not eligible for standard returns due to safety and liability regulations.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Appliance

    Carefully repack the item in its original manufacturer crate or box, ensuring all manuals, power cords, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Schedule Pickup or Shipping

    For large appliances, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your location; for smaller items, simply attach the provided prepaid shipping label and drop it off at a designated carrier.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the unit at our warehouse to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
